This soap dispenser is rechargeable, with a built-in 800mAh battery, so there's no need to replace the battery. When the battery is low, the motor may not work, even if the sensor can detect motion. If the motor noise is low or there's no noise, please charge the soap dispenser first.

Charge the dispenser for 2-3 hours until it's fully charged. The indicator light will turn red during charging and white when fully charged. If the indicator doesn't light up, try charging it with a different cable.

After charging, remove the cable and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn it on. It won't turn on with a single click or multiple clicks.

Soap Compatibility and Foam Creation

You can use both foam soap and liquid soap with this dispenser. To get perfect foam, dilute liquid soap with 4 parts water. You can also use shampoo, face cleanser, or dish detergent, but be sure to dilute them with water. Avoid using detergents with solid particles, as they may clog the dispenser.
