Regarding the charging process, make sure to charge the dispenser for 2-3 hours until it's fully charged. The indicator light will turn red during charging and then switch to white once the charge is complete. If the indicator light doesn't turn on, try using a different charging cable.

After charging, remove the cable and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn on the dispenser. Avoid single or multiple clicks, as this won't turn it on.
